So I set about creating my own custom motivational lock screen wallpaper. What if every time I checked my lock screen I could see a positive affirmation that contradicts a negative self talk thought? Can I change something about this habit to check my phone's lock screen fifty times a day to make it more positive? Can I create a custom wallpaper to infuse positivity and motivation? That's where my thoughts found me last week. Which got me thinking, what if I could "hack" one habit to assist me in changing the other? What if I could take a bad habit and make it good? I am exploring various methods to create a more positive, reaffirming and loving internal speech for myself. Right now, I am focusing all of my energy on breaking the bad habit of negative self talk. Side note about bad habits, they can be just as hard to break as good habits are to make. You can't tell me I am the only one that has the "bad" habit of looking at my phone every few minutes?
